Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service and Refund Policy ("Terms") apply to the Ultimate Fighting game, the website opgfighting.com, the account portal id.opgfighting.com and all related services (together, the "Service"), operated by the Ultimate Fighting Team ("we", "us").

By creating an account, playing the game or making a top-up, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may only use the Service and make top-ups with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure and for all activity on your account. We will never ask for your password.
• Accounts are personal. Selling, buying, renting, sharing or transferring accounts, characters, items or Coin is not allowed, and we do not support or recover accounts obtained this way.
• Please provide a valid email or phone number so we can help you recover your account. We are not responsible for losses caused by your own disclosure of login details.

3. Coin & Virtual Items

• Coin is the virtual currency of Ultimate Fighting. Coin and all in-game items, characters and resources ("Virtual Items") are granted to you as a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use within the Service only.
• Coin and Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value. They are not your property, cannot be exchanged for cash, money or goods, and cannot be transferred to another account or game.
• We may change the prices, exchange rates, bonuses and content of Coin and Virtual Items at any time. Rates and promotions shown on the Top-up page at the moment of payment apply to that payment.

4. Top-up & Payments

• Top-ups are made through the payment methods shown on the Top-up page of id.opgfighting.com. Payments are processed by third-party providers; their fees and terms may also apply.
• Before paying, check carefully your username, the payment method, the amount and, for prepaid cards, the carrier, serial number, PIN and denomination. We are not responsible for errors in the information you enter.
• If you choose the wrong card denomination, Coin is credited according to the rule shown on the Top-up page (currently 50% of the value), and the difference is not refunded or compensated.
• Coin is normally credited automatically shortly after the payment is confirmed. Some methods (for example bank transfer) may require you to send the receipt and your username to our support team.
• Top-ups are made only with payment methods you are authorised to use. Payments made with stolen, borrowed or unauthorised cards or accounts are prohibited.

5. Refund Policy

All top-ups are final. Once a top-up has been completed and the Coin has been successfully credited to your account, it cannot be refunded, cancelled, reversed or exchanged for cash.

This applies in every case, including but not limited to:

• Coin that has already been spent, or Coin that has not been used yet;
• Top-ups made by mistake, to the wrong account, or with the wrong amount or card denomination;
• A change of mind, dissatisfaction with in-game items, events, drop rates or game balance;
• Accounts that are suspended or terminated for breaking these Terms;
• Game updates, maintenance, server changes or the end of an event.

Payment taken but Coin not received. If you were charged but did not receive Coin, contact us within 7 days of the payment with your username, the payment receipt (bill or card details) and the time of the transaction. After we verify the transaction, we will credit the correct amount of Coin to your account. Failed or delayed transactions are resolved by crediting Coin only; no cash refund is provided.

Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a completed top-up, or using a fraudulent payment, may lead to the related Coin and Virtual Items being removed and the account being suspended.

6. Events, Giftcodes & Rewards

• Events, promotions, top-up bonuses and giftcodes are offered for a limited time and may be changed, extended or ended at any time.
• Each giftcode can be used once per account unless stated otherwise. Giftcodes and rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold or exchanged.
• Rewards obtained through bugs, exploits or rule violations may be removed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, automation, modified clients or any third-party tool that gives an unfair advantage;
• Exploit bugs or glitches instead of reporting them to us;
• Trade accounts, Coin or Virtual Items for real money or outside the game;
• Impersonate the Ultimate Fighting Team, admins or other players, or scam other players;
• Harass, threaten or abuse other players, or post illegal, hateful or offensive content;
• Attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to our servers, websites or other players' accounts.

8. Suspension & Termination

If you break these Terms, we may, depending on the severity, issue a warning, remove Coin or Virtual Items, or temporarily or permanently suspend your account, without prior notice. No refund or compensation is given for Coin or Virtual Items lost due to suspension or termination.

9. Service Changes & Availability

We continuously update the game. We may add, change or remove features, content, events and Virtual Items, and we may carry out maintenance that makes the Service temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, Coin or Virtual Items caused by your own actions, third-party services, network problems or events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to you.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
